Paid pilots and design partnerships

Help validate agentic Customer Success on real B2B SaaS accounts.

We are selecting a small number of recurring-revenue B2B SaaS companies to test AgentIQ against Customer Success decisions that actually matter to them — with their evidence, their thresholds and their team in the loop.

Engagements begin with a scoped, paid pilot of 8 to 12 weeks, built around one Customer Success decision rather than a full platform rollout.

Two engagements, and the path between them

A pilot is something you buy and judge. A founding design partnership is something you are invited into afterwards. Keeping them distinct means neither is oversold.

Paid pilot

  • A bounded, paid commercial evaluation of 8 to 12 weeks
  • Scoped around one Customer Success decision your team already makes
  • Run on your real client data, under a data processing agreement
  • Judged against criteria agreed before it starts
  • Ends with a verdict — no obligation on either side to continue

Founding design partner

  • A longer relationship with a small number of selected early customers
  • Direct influence over KPI definitions, health components and playbook rules as the product develops
  • Preferential commercial terms carried into general availability
  • Normally entered after a pilot, by invitation rather than by purchase
  • Optional — a successful pilot does not require it

AgentIQ engagements normally begin with a scoped paid pilot. Selected pilot customers may then become founding design partners and help shape how the product develops. A pilot does not commit either side to the second step.

How a pilot runs

Eight to twelve weeks, scoped so you can judge the value before committing to anything operational.

  1. Define the CS decision

We pick one real, recurring decision your team already makes — and agree what a good outcome looks like.

  2. Agree the evidence

We agree exactly which measures that decision depends on — usage, support, commercial, whatever it turns out to be — and where each one comes from. They arrive as a weekly export or direct entry. Scoped, documented, nothing speculative.

  3. Evaluate AgentIQ

Your team reviews investigations, evidence and recommendations against their own judgement of the same accounts.

  4. Measure and refine

We tune thresholds, health components and playbook routing to your operating model, and record what changed.

Eight to twelve weeks, and the reason is arithmetic. The engine works on a weekly cycle, and health, trend and routing only become meaningful once several valid weeks have accumulated. We would rather tell you that now than sell you a verdict after week two.

Who this is for, and what the pilot has to answer

A strong fit

  • Recurring-revenue B2B SaaS, roughly 20–200 employees
  • An established Customer Success function — not a single part-time owner
  • 50–1 000 client accounts under active management
  • Customer data your team can export on a weekly basis — usage, support, commercial — and share under agreement
  • A measurable adoption, escalation or renewal workflow to test against

What the pilot has to answer

  • Whether investigations surface something the team did not already know
  • Whether the evidence behind each conclusion is accurate and traceable
  • Whether decisions stay consistent across accounts and over time
  • Whether recommendations are relevant enough to act on
  • Whether the whole thing fits how the team actually works

We are pre-revenue and selecting deliberately: a small number of engagements we can support properly is worth more to both sides than a long waiting list.

What you get, and what we ask for

What you get

  • Configuration authored with you — your KPI definitions, your health components, your thresholds — not a template you have to bend your business into
  • A documented evidence and decision trail for every account in scope
  • Implementation support from the people building the product
  • A written commitment that we never train models on your data, and never pool it into another tenant's results
  • An answer, at the end, to each of the questions agreed at the start

What we ask for

  • A record of what you did with each recommendation — applied, partly applied, or not at all, and what happened next. That record is what the next recommendation is built on
  • A weekly rhythm — the platform works on a weekly cycle, so the agreed data needs to arrive every week, not in one batch at the end
  • One named owner inside your CS team who can make decisions
  • Access to the agreed data sources under a data processing agreement
  • Honest feedback on what is wrong, not only on what is missing
  • Permission to learn from the engagement — what worked, what did not, and why

Validate the intelligence. Influence the product.

A partnership starts with one Customer Success decision you already make. These two pages show exactly what you would be judging: how the decision is made, and the record it leaves behind.
