We are building the intelligence and coordination layer for B2B SaaS Customer Success.

AgentIQ started from a practical problem rather than a technical one: Customer Success teams carry the evidence for every account in their heads, in tabs, and in each other's memory — and then have to justify decisions made from it.

  • Explain the risk
  • Recommend the action

Our approach

Three commitments that decide what we build and, more often, what we decline to build.

Agentic by purpose

Agents are used where judgement and language genuinely help — reading evidence, explaining a situation, drafting a motion. Not as a layer over everything because the word sells.

Governed by design

The decisions that matter are deterministic, versioned and reproducible. That is an architectural choice made early, and it is why the product can explain itself.

Built to be validated

We are selecting design partners to test AgentIQ against real accounts, teams and workflows. Until those engagements have run, we say so rather than claiming the result.

We are early. The deterministic engine is built and tested, the Risk agent runs on it, and we are selecting a small number of design partners before general availability. You should know that from this page, not from the second meeting.

Founding team

Three founders, and nobody between them and the product.

Mihai Despa

Co-founder and CEO

Mihai Despa leads AgentIQ with cross-functional experience spanning Customer Success, customer and technical support, operations, product implementation, and B2B technology. He has built and managed customer-facing functions, guided complex implementations, and worked across technical and commercial teams to turn operational challenges into practical solutions.

These experiences shaped AgentIQ's central premise: Customer Success decisions should be grounded in trustworthy data, explainable logic, and clear accountability.

Mihai holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Cleveland State University. He is known for repeatedly asking "but why?" until the real problem becomes clear, and for a coffee habit that helps sustain the investigation.

Catalin Despa

Co-founder and CTO

Catalin owns the engineering discipline behind AgentIQ's deterministic core. He has spent years building and leading full-stack systems for banking and finance, where a wrong number is never just a bug report.

Earlier in his career he worked in technical support, close enough to the fallout to learn that most problems are failures of explanation long before they are failures of software.

He co-founded AgentIQ to build a system that can show how it reached its answer. He brings an architect's instinct for what will still stand in five years, a habit of costing an idea before falling in love with it, and the settled conviction that "it works on my machine" has never once been a delivery plan.

Michael Cullinane

Co-founder and CFO

Michael brings the financial discipline behind AgentIQ's mission to turn uncertainty into confident action. He spent years in private equity and operational consulting, working through operational complexity, crisis moments and high-stakes investment decisions.

He co-founded AgentIQ to help teams rely on clear evidence instead of fragmented signals.

He brings a steady, structured perspective shaped by those experiences, along with a quiet habit of giving shape to situations that start out undefined. His calm, analytical style gives the company a reliable center of gravity when things get complicated.

Let us talk about your accounts, not about us.

If you run Customer Success for a B2B SaaS company, the fastest way to judge AgentIQ is to point it at a decision you already make.
